Altogether this mattress is filled with 11cm of foam comprised of 3 different types. First, there is two 4cm layers of convoluted foam, then there is a 2cm layer of memory foam and finally, 1cm of soft foam. this combination of foams creates a breathable mattress that is able to regulate the temperatures. Plus, you will be provided total body support and these layers help reduce pressure in key areas.

Below the layers of foam is 1000 edge-to-edge pocket springs. These springs move independently from one another to provide you with total body support by conforming to the contours of your body. Plus, for couples, the springs prevent you and your partner from that annoying roll-together effect that some mattresses have. 

The serenity arrives vacuum packed, which keeps your mattress fresh and adds convenience to your delivery. All you need to do is move it to your bedroom, remove the outer box, remove the plastic wrapping and let it breathe for 2 hours, however, it is best to leave it for 24 hours.
