The Harmony features 4cm of convoluted foam, 1cm of memory foam and another 2.5cm of convoluted foam. These layers relieve pressure in key areas and allow the air to flow through the mattress, resulting in a cool night’s sleep. These layers of foam will provide you with comfort and stability allowing you to have a delightful sleeping experience.

Below the layers of foam are 1000 individual edge-to-edge pocket springs. These help support you throughout the night by moving independently from one another shape to the contours of your body as you move throughout the night, relieving pressure and distributing your weight.

The Harmony 1000 will arrive to you vacuum packed, perfect for practicality and keeping the mattress fresh. Once it has arrived you simply remove it from the box, open the plastic wrapping and let it take shape for at least 2 hours, although it is recommended to leave it for 24 hours.

Medium firm is the most versatile tension you can find, it is suitable for front, back and even side sleepers. It can provide all these different sleepers with the support you need for a healthy alignment of the spine. It is typically best for combination sleepers, this means you change between these positions throughout the night. A medium firm mattress means you will be supported no matter what position you move into.
