The springs help ease any tension in the body, so you can wake up feeling perfectly refreshed every morning. 20mm of soft foam is placed on top of the springs, plus an extra 1cm top layer on top of that, adds an extra layer of comfort and helps to distribute your weight across the mattress. 

The SleepSoul Comfort mattress arrives vaccum packed for ease, not only is this practical but it keeps the mattress fresh as well. Once it arrives, simply take it to the bedroom, remove it from the outer box, remove the plastic wrapping and let it take shape for at least 2 hours, although it is recommended to leave it for 24 hours for the best result and the ultimate comfort.

For a side sleeper, medium tension is the right amount you need in your mattress. The springs are less rigid than those found in firmer mattresses and therefore they offer the cushioning your shoulders and hips need, allowing your spine to rest in a healthy and natural alignment. A firmer mattress would put resistance against your shoulders and hips, not allowing your spine to align, resulting in you waking up with aches and pains.
