The Balance 800 arrives vacuum sealed and packed into a box. This keeps the mattress fresh and allows it to be simply carried up to the bedroom in the box it is delivered in and set up with ease. All you will need to do is take it out of the box, remove the inner plastic wrap and let it roll out and breathe. For the best result, it should be left for 24 hours however, it would be ready for use after only a couple of hours.

A medium mattress is ideal for those who sleep on their side. The springs in a medium mattress give way enough to provide cushioning to your shoulders and hips whilst still allowing your back to gain the support it needs to promote a healthy alignment of the spine. The springs in a firmer mattress are too rigid and therefore do not provide the same cushioning to your shoulder and hips, resulting in your back being unnaturally aligned, meaning you might wake up with aches and pains.
