Is a medium tension going to be right for me?

If you’re of a lighter or average stature, and often change between sleeping on your back and side, then this mattress tension is better designed for you. For the latter, a medium tension is a good compromise for both of these sleeping positions: side sleepers are best designed for a softer mattress whereas back sleepers are much the opposite. Because the tension in the springs are not as rigid as higher tensions, they’re more prone to losing their structure easily. This is the reason why lighter or average statures are better designed for medium mattresses.

What if I’m a front sleeper?
