The Supreme Elite Pillowtop features a medium tension which is ideally suited to side sleepers, with the mattress surface able to cushion the hip and shoulder sufficiently. For front or back sleepers, a firmer tension is recommended to avoid the prospect of the spine sinking into the mattress.
